Question: Are you accepting new patients?
Answer: Yes, we welcome new patients. Contact our staff at 231-238-7337 to schedule an appointment.
Question: Do you accept my insurance?
Answer: We participate with most insurance carriers. However, each insurance carrier has many different policies.
Therefore, it is best if you check with your insurance company to verify benefits for chiropractic care. We also accept
people without insurance.
Question: Do you have same day appointments?
Answer: Generally if you call early enough in the day we will be able to schedule an appointment for the same day.
However, there are occasions when time does not allow for the doctor to provide you with the time that you deserve for
your care. In this case we will offer you the soonest available appointment.
Question: Once I have been adjusted, will I need to come back forever?
Answer: No. We will always work with you to provide care that meets your individual needs. While some people find
that once the problem has been alleviated they no longer require adjustments, most people find that once they are feeling
well they will choose to get adjusted to stay that way. Your good health is our goal.
Question: Are x-rays required?
Answer: No. Most of our patients do not require x-rays. We do offer on site x-rays and if your specific condition
warrants the use of x-ray for appropriate diagnosis and treatment we will take the minimum number necessary.
Question: Does manual manipulation hurt?
Answer: It is possible that you will find discomfort with manual manipulation. We have a phenomenal 20 year track
record of relieving pain with manual manipulation and will adjust the technique utilized to your comfort level and needs.
